The Too Maverick Intake Engine ("the service") is an internal analytics tool operated by Too Maverick. It produces audience-quality and performance audits for Instagram creators who work with, or are being evaluated by, Too Maverick.
When a creator explicitly connects their Instagram professional account through Meta's login flow, the service accesses, with their authorization:
We request only the instagram_business_basic and
instagram_business_manage_insights permissions. The service never
reads messages, never posts on a creator's behalf, and never accesses passwords —
authentication happens entirely on Meta's own pages.
The data is used solely to produce performance audits and monthly signal reports for the creator concerned, and to advise them under their agreement with Too Maverick. We do not sell data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. Reports are shared only with the creator and Too Maverick staff.
Data is stored in an encrypted database on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Access tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer. Access to the service is restricted to authorized Too Maverick staff.
Insights history is retained while a creator works with Too Maverick, so that month-over-month trends can be reported. A creator can disconnect at any time by removing the app in their Instagram settings (Settings → Website permissions), which revokes our access immediately. Removal triggers Meta's deauthorization callback and we delete the stored access token; a data-deletion request through Meta additionally deletes all synced Instagram data for that account and returns a confirmation code and status page.
